• Brent did a very thorough inspection of the property, explaining everything to us after the inspection. We were very happy witih his work, and it was a pleasure working with him. He has inspected two properties for us, and kept us from making a huge and costly mistake on one property, where we terminated our offer due to the number and expense of all the problems undisclosed by the seller. Great job times two!!!

• Spec-Pro conducted our home inspection and it was very thorough. Mr. Giles took the time to explain everything to my wife and I very thoroughly. His inspection report was very detailed with photographic evidence. This is our 3rd home purchase and I feel that this was our best home inspection to date. I would HIGHLY recommend Spec-Pro and Mr. Giles to anyone buying a home! I could not ask have asked for more.

• Kevan provided superior home inspection services on our new construction build. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. We received a very detailed report and he was able to explain the issues in layman's terms for us. This provided much needed peace of mind and helped us to address unforeseen issues on our first walk through with the builder. You don't think you need a home inspection on a new build but as we found out, you certainly do. There are a lot of things you don't see with an untrained eye so It was well worth the investment in his services.
